I just recently captured this lovely couples newborn photos, so, so much has changed since their wedding day.  A beautiful day it was in Stony Plain, Alberta.

Something was in my cards when we moved to "Sunflower", as neighbors have become family.  We look out for one another, we have shared some lovely "camping" nights & we stay in each other's basements when there is a tornado warning so no one is alone... 

I can say I am blessed to have met this amazing family.

 We went out one afternoon to take some shots for Father's Day and here are some of my favorites from some of our favorite little people...

Dave & Janine - Winter Wonderland Wedding

Dave & Janine were an incredible couple and i loved shooting every minute of this winter wonderland wedding.  There is something so beautiful about snow and weddings... I thought my 1st wedding of 2013 would make a great 1st wedding for our blog!!

So i thought for my very first post, I would start off with my 1st newborn session of 2013.  This little man is especially special as he is one of my best friends wee little adorable bundle.  As a piano teacher we were able to take some photos on her piano as well as some proud daddy shots on the snowboard. Here are some highlights from this cozy in-home session!

Where to Start...

Well, I have been telling myself I have to start blogging for over a year now. I figured, I just need to start and then add photos from here. With that, and the fact that my husband designed this for me over a year ago --oops!! -- I wanted to have a whole bunch of posts ready to go for when I launched my blog, but to date, time just hasn't allowed that to happen.

I love my job and although it can be hard to juggle it all, I wouldn't change a thing.  I am a devoted wife and loving  mother of two beautiful children whom are my world.  They keep me on my toes. So, here it goes....
